Family Reunion, Part 2: Thursday evening-Saturday morning

Thursday night featured a few more events--the rest of the talent show and the young adults getting the ever-popular raspberry shakes.  On Friday, breakfast was by Susanna and Jay who served breakfast burritos. Later, most of the adults played pickleball while the kids played on the playground.  Afterwards we went on a hike near Bear Lake which we have done several times.  It has a pretty cool tree where we have taken many pictures over the years.MiCayla wasn't feeling up to a hike (being 8 months pregnant) so their family didn't go on the hike. I unfortunately didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked... We arrived on Wednesday afternoon after braving the construction in Logan Canyon. Everett and Caroline made a dinner of shredded pork on buns with cole slaw and potato chips. After dinner, we played a game put together by Lincoln which involved guessing words on pieces of paper as prompted by one member of the team. On Thursday morning after breakfast casseroles and fruit by Lincoln and MiCayla, we did our Undokai as put together by Everett. He worked hard on this and did a good job. The kids loved the foam pit/climbing wall: After a c...
