The Fam: 2007, July-December

More pictures from 2007: For our summer vacation, we participated in the Nauvoo Pageant Gold Cast.  It was our first pageant and we loved it.  On the way, we visited several church history sites like the Independence Visitor's Center, Liberty Jail, and Adam-ondi-Ahman.  We also visited Carthage Jail: It turns out we're going again this summer!  It will be our third time being in the Gold Cast. We went on a hike to Stewart Falls: Garrett, Lincoln, and Everett swam with the summer swim team: We took Garrett to California in a rental car to get his patriarchal blessing from Grandpa Broadbent: Jan and David marched with the marching band over the summer and marched in a few parades: We had a Court of Honor for David to get his Eagle: Jan worked on his Eagle project: Lincoln earned his Arrow of Light and graduated from Cub Scouts: The biggest event of the year was the premature birth of our little Camille in t

More highlights from my recently-made photo book of 2006-2007.  I should point out that these pictures portray our family at our best.  Family life is usually pretty ordinary but you don't take pictures of that.  So these are the pictures from the less ordinary activities. Later in the spring, Jan was in the 9th grade play, &

Last week I finished up a book on 2006-07.  Here are some highlights from our family's activities in 2006 after we got home from Germany at the end of May: My sister Heidi married Aaron Ferguson: My SIL found really cute dresses and added sleeves for all the granddaughters: We bought a van on eBay, grew a garden and went on a hike: David did his Eagle Project of collecting junk: We took family pictures up by Tibble Fork: Everett turned 8 and got baptized: We went on a family vacation, camping at Lake Tahoe, and then driving to Davis, CA, where my grandparents lived so that Jan could get his patriarchal blessing from my grandfather: We also went to the Sacramento Temple open house: We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday: David went
